The person at the register acted like he knew everything; when I arrived to pick up my online order and mentioned my name, he had a bit of an attitude as if he already knew who I was, even though I always state my name for clarity—especially in case there are other orders. The food was accurate, but the girl preparing the root beer floats nearly served us the wrong sizes until it was corrected. Overall, it’s what you’d expect from a fast food place—the food was pretty good, but I would appreciate better customer service, especially when I’m being polite by mentioning I have a mobile order. I don't think I should receive an attitude when I'm just being courteous and letting them know I'm there to pick up my food.

The fries w... read more I stopped by to grab a bite to eat, and since it had been a while since I had A&W, it seemed like a great idea. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The fries we received were cold, and the burgers were just okay. On the bright side, the staff was decent. I don’t usually complain, but for $20, I expect at least hot French fries. We probably won’t be coming back.
