The 2nd time ever having a long wait both times at the Lawnside location. Won’t be stopping here again. Got to do better. I waited at least 20 minutes for my food after I ordered View all feedback.
If they ask themselves if they wait through the journey through the line, it is worth it....it is. I went to this place for the first time and had been disappointed. the older manager robert was incredibly rude and arrogant. treats his paying customers as annoyed and was filled with complete disregard. his coworker, kevin on the other side was polite and hospitable. he was warm and friendly and supplied me with zero problem. it is sad to see that this happens where people with a higher position that do not take a look at the customer service, and the impression that it leaves behind. Personally, I don't think that someone should be involved in this placement or behavior towards customer service as a manager who needs to deal directly with customer support. I come from the restaurant industry, I think kevin is a better fit than robert, who found it difficult to reach alone for the seasoned without asking for help. even if they want to fry, order a xl from the secret menu because it is regular portion size the half of mcdonalds
By far the slowest Chick Fil A I’ve ever been to… Every time I’ve gone, it takes 8-10 minutes or more. It sucks because most CFAs are so speedy. They never have the second lane open and never have outside attendants so it’s as slow as any other fast food place.
Service per location varies, but service here was good. We did not wait long, they got our order right and the food was good. I had the spicy southwestern salad, it was very good, will definitely order again.
Update: I decided to give them another chance and went back yesterday. Once again they forgot my salad dressing! Didn’t realize until I got home. I will never return to this location.I’ve been coming to this chic fila since they opened and never had any issues until tonight. I asked for my usual- spicy southwest salad with no black beans. I never check my bag before I leave (even tho I should) because my order is so simple. I waited until I got home to realize not only did they not give me any dressing, but they also put bacon on my salad??? Bacon doesn’t even come with the spicy southwest salad??? This was so disappointing because I do not eat beef or pork so basically I couldn’t eat the entire salad…
Chick-fil-A has such a high standard that it's almost shocking when small mishaps occur. I didn't get the sauce for the nuggets or a straw for one of the drinks. It happens, but not at Chick-fil-A, so thats why 4 out 5. You'd think I'd complain about the long line, but I don't mind to wait if I can pull off from the window knowing my order is hot and accurate.
