Inn Steakhouse - Barrie

The service is spot on and almost impossible to find in the 21st century. The food is scratch made and spectacular. From incredible rolls to delectable apps. The bacon wrapped filet with Bearnaise sauce and shrimp was cooked perfectly to order. A delicious dessert menu. Incredible wine availability. This will cost you a fair bit but you will get the meal memories are built on. Cannot recommend this high enough.

Never been so grossed out in my life! Went for breakfast this morning, looked over and there was a dog at the table eating off the same plates I was. Staff was aware and seen it and didn't say anything! Will definitely never go back. 15$ to eat off a plate a dog probably already ate off of. Don't think that meets health code standards!

Ate breakfast there twice as part of a stay at the Horseshoe Resort. Restaurant has friendly staff - nice breakfast buffet - eggs scrambled only - bacon, sausage patties, waffles one day, French toast the next, yogurt, good selection of bread and pastries. Good solid breakfast with good food and friendly service.

Barrie is definitely not known for its fine dining, but this place was pretty good. The restaurant itself is pretty nice and you have a nice view of the patio. I really really enjoyed the French onion soup and the fried brie. So I would highly recommend that. The steak wasn't too bad, but I have definitely had better. If I was to visit Barrie again, I would definitely come back here.
