I Sushi - Barrie

The sushi Master taught our daughter how to make sushi for her 21st birthday. He spent a lot of time with her, showing her how to make expert rolls and nigiri. She was just delighted! He is a true Master of sushi making, and an excellent, patient instructor! He taught her to make a sushi cake, and let her decorate her own cake, learning to make a salmon rose. She was so excited and felt a great sense of accomplishment. At the end, he brought special cucumber sushi to try on the house, with a candle lit. She was so surprised and happy. The fish is superb quality, and the sushi Master's technique is impeccable. If you want the best quality sushi from a true Master, come to I Sushi. Best birthday ever!!

I had a sashimi lunch combo that includes some tofu, salad and another one that I can't remember plus misou soup for $12.95 plus drink that cost me a total of about $15. The sashimi was really good.

We normally are all you can eat sushi go-ers but recently discovered the difference between cheap vs delicious. The rolls are filling and flavorful. We left feeling satisfied without ordering a lot of food. The taste is a huge difference. The price and service is excellent too. We will definitely be back!

I was very happy with the quality of the sushi. My wife and I had a salmon sushi dinner with a dim sum platter. We started with the Kim chi and seaweed salad. The staff was very friendly...above average. ISushi is located beside the Marketplace on Mapleview. Enjoy!

What a huge disappointment!! The food I ordered was very sloppily out together, the rolls were falling apart and avocado was too ripe and mushy. The service is slow and it appeared our server was having a dispute with the chef on several occasions. This is the last visit here. It's time to try other sushi restaurants in Barrie. Thoroughly disappointed with this one.
