Since moving to the area, I've dined here twice and can’t wait to return to try more items from their menu. All the staff are fantastic, and the food is simply delicious! It's the best Salisbury steak I’ve ever had, and the pizza crust is absolutely perfect! I look forward to sharing this gem with my friends and family when they come to visit. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates good food and service. Wel... View all feedback.

This restaurant shouldn't be confused with Ramzi's in Westlock, although I’ve heard that one is quite good as well. The service here is personal and friendly, and the food is quick and delicious. My parents dine here regularly and insist that the burgers are the best. However, what I truly love is the selection of twenty-five flavors of soft ice cream. During our last visit, my mom chose toffee, while I went for bubblegum. My friends ordered plain vanilla and chocolate mint. I’ll definitely stop by when I’m visiting Barrhead next. It’s easy to locate, as it’s situated on the main street.

Terrible experience. I've never had an issue with Ramzi's in Westlock, but the Barrhead location is consistently disappointing. Today, I ordered a $5 Pina Colada milkshake. First, they spilled it all over the cup while making it, and instead of getting a new cup to prevent my hands and cup holders from getting sticky, they just attempted to wipe it off with a dirty rag. Secondly, the milkshake didn’t taste like Pina Colada at all. In fact, it didn’t taste like much of anything—more like 'yellow snow' or the old 2% milk they poured into it to thin out the soft serve. Their efforts to save money are shocking. If you're passing through, do yourself a favor and go to DJ’s Burgers at the main traffic lights. You’ll need to stop and go inside since they don’t have a drive-thru, but it’s worth it. I won’t be returning to Ramzi's... EVER. I would give them zero stars if I could.

As for dietary restrictions, I haven't checked in with them yet, but the food wasn't overly salty, which makes me think they don’t use MSG.

This restaurant is a true hidden gem. Don’t be misled by the exterior appearance of the building—it's definitely worth a visit! I had a burger and poutine, and both were outstanding. I even make a special trip from Edmonton every month just to enjoy their food. Service: Delivery.

The pizza is fantastic! Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 4/5.
