Usually if someone give you a Starbucks gift by email and after they scan it you usually get to pick one of the giftcards and they have to put the remaining balance on the card. Lady said she can't do that. I also had the shopping cart with no cup holder but had a stopper and lost some of the liquids because it tipped over. We received excellent service from the employee who skillfully managed the entire situation.
The restaurant was empty. The only downside, aside from the expensive prices, was that my coffee was warm but not very hot.
Is it possible that they are experiencing awful customer service that is being extremely rude to my 12-year-old daughter?
