While the restaurant can get busy, the simple yet tasty meals make it worth the visit. Some highlights include the Thin Crust Margherita Pizza, Cheese Ravioli, and the Italian Grinder. The food is well-made and the service is good, creating a pleasant dining experience. The prices may be a bit higher than some other places, but the quality of the food makes it worth it. If you're looking for a no-frills, affordable meal in the Barre area, Mister Z's is a solid choice.
This used to be one of the best and friendliest places in Barre to eat. However, the last couple of times, it has been terrible. Food is awful and a few of the waitresses are very rude and unfriendly. I won't be going back again
Ordered Mac and cheese...$12 entree for takeout. It's barely a cup of macaroni. Never again.
I think this is a decent, but no frills, establishment. Simple meals at affordable prices. Conveniently located at the Barre exit from Berlin, it makes this a good choice for quick pickup ordering. All around I've had good experiences with the staff andmy orders. I would say their specific version of online ordering is not as intuitive as most others are, but once you learn thenavigation, it works just fine.
Mister Z's has something for just about everyone. I went for the Italian Grinder. It was well toasted and had just the right amount of oil on it. If you have ever been to a house of pizza it has the same vide and taste to it. The inside is small soseating is limited. Also parking can be an issue at this place. The service was good and the place was nice and clean. You cansee my full review on YouTube at Review Time With Tim
Sure, there's beer and subs, but, It is all about the antipasto! Generous portions a great deal!! Forget the very long wait at the two popular restaurants a block or so away, Mister Z's loads on the feta, olives and more. Ravioli was a fine, but thesalad stole the show!
