Kfc - Barre

Went during lunch time, drive thru. Order taker was good. We got our food in a timely manner. Got a chicken sandwich meal and a chicken tender box. Food was warm and chicken was tender.

Every time I go their I drop 65 dollars and what is given isn't worth 6 dollars its terribleLong waiting for no line everyone is just looking around waiting for a clue.

WOULD HAVE GIVEN 0 Stars if I could !!!!!!!!!! Ordered online the order was not ready the staff VERY RUDELY said they were NOT Responsible. Offered no help except said I could reorder and pay again even after I showed my order number and confirmation number. Seems to me the proper way to handle this situation would have been to take my order number and check with online ordering apologize for the problem and make my order asap. Instead I was Told by the woman at the front counter TO TAKE A WALK and Don't come back.And YES I WAS ANGRY but not unruly or out of control. I asked if they knew of a place to get some GOOD Fried Chicken, and left. Contacted Customer Service when I got home they Were very polite and started a refund for the credit card I used HOWEVER THE DAMAGE IS DONE AND I WILL NEVER ENTER ANOTHER KFC..................EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The food was well prepared and the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. I went inside because I didn't realize they had a drive-thru. The lobby was clean and appeared to be well kept.

Now don 't get me wrong on the food it is delicious but there is some problems I had on my last few visits I live in Barre so sometimes when I am looking for fast food I will go down on to the barre montpelier road what happend was I got there at 5:30 that time when I got there I ordered my food and let 's not forget they call themselves fast food so I timed the time it took for my order because it was so long I waited I ordered at 5:30 and my food arrived at my table at 6:35 I was disappointed that I had to have waited so long for a chicken sandwich and fries and not only that but they charge you 6 dollars for a chicken little now one sandwich that could be gone in 3 bites they charge you 6 dollars for that and the person I went with didn 't get silver wear for there Mac n cheese and we waited 15 minutes at the front desk for silverware
