Everything started... read more I stayed three years ago for the first time and now that I have returned I am disappointed to see what this once wonderful hotel has become. Everything started badly since I wanted to make the reservation: they no longer allow Booking. I called and they told me that I had to enter half the price by bank deposit. No online platforms, no nequi or anything. Consignment only concipnar wrote the employee who assisted me with the reservation by Whatsapp), so if you are from another bank you will have to pay commission and payment can be delayed even days. As they saw that the client was leaving, they agreed to make a reservation for me for the next day without planning anything. When I arrived at the hotel I discovered that no reservations were made for me, although there was no problem because the hotel seemed to be deserted. In the entire hotel there was only one employee with a dirty shirt because the poor guy was a receptionist, a parking attendant, room service, and whatever else was needed. The super friendly staff from three years ago weren 't around. The hammock area of the beautiful roof of yesteryear? No longer exists. Swimming pool? closed. Bar? Closed. Not just closed, in darkness. The room was a shadow of what I remembered, the fridge far from an outlet so I had to carry it somewhere else, horrible air conditioning, horrible bathroom with a shower that turned into a pool because of the clogged drain. The next morning I asked about the breakfast that came in the price as agreed and was told that it was not included. Finally, when I complained, they brought me a breakfast that fortunately was to my liking because they never presented me with options. Unfortunately, my second visit to the Sofichic was also the last. Too bad because the location is excellent and in other times it was a place with very professional attention. Todo empezó mal desde que quise hacer la reserva: ya no permiten por Booking. Llamé y me dijeron que debía ingresar la mitad del precio por consignación bancaria. Nada de plataformas online, ni nequi ni nada. Sólo consignación concipnar escribió el empleado que me atendió la reserva por Whatsapp), así que si eres de otro banco tendrás que pagar comisión y el pago puede retrasarse incluso días. Como vieron que se les iba el cliente accedieron a hacerme la reserva para el día siguiente sin concipnar nada. Al llegar al hotel descubrí que no me hicieron ninguna reserva, aunque no había problema porque el hotel parecía estar desierto. En todo el hotel sólo había un empleado con la camiseta sucia porque el pobre era recepcionista, encargado del parqueadero, servicio de habitaciones y lo que haga falta. El personal súper amable de hace tres años no estaba por ahí. ¿La zona de hamacas de la hermosa azotea de antaño? Ya no existe. ¿Piscina? cerrada. ¿Barra? Cerrada. No sólo cerrada, en tinieblas. La habitación era una sombra de lo que yo recordaba, la nevera lejos de un tomacorriente así que tuve que cargarla yo a otro sitio, el aire acondicionado horrible, el baño espantoso con una ducha que se convirtía en piscina por el desagüe tapado. A la mañana siguiente pregunté por el desayuno que venía en el precio según lo acordado y me dijeron que no estaba incluído. Finalmente al reclamar me llevaron un desayuno que afortunadamente era de mi agrado porque en ningún momento me presentaron opciones. Mi segunda visita al Sofichic ha sido también la última desafortunadamente. Lástima porque la ubicación es excelente y en otros tiempos fue un sitio con una atención muy profesional.
