There are many naturally gluten-free options, such as Tortilla española and salads. There are also gluten-free waffles that say the menu are suitable for intolerance, but not celiac. I risked a few bites anyway and I'm fine! There is also a gluten-free, lactose-free, sugar-free (Stevia) carrot cake that is amazing, although a bit more like a pound of cake than a carrot cake.
