Ma... read more Modern, bright and beautiful restaurant. It feels like you're almost out, though you're not. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good wines and fantastic food. Mainly seafood, but also beef for people who do not like or want fish. In our group we had a variety of appetizers and main courses and all loved their selected dishes. My scallops with Asian lemon butter star was delicious as my Tuna main course. That was tender and perfectly spiced. Can absolutely recommend this restaurant.

However, the fish of the day (ar... read more We visited Amoramar because we wanted to try an authentic Ceviche plate. The Ceviche Nikkei was very good, and the Sause great. However, the fish of the day (around 99 soles costing) was badly cooked and not equivalent to the advertised standards of the restaurant. We liked the practice of the waiter who asked for Tip (province) while he paid with credit card. I would pass the POS to the customer and then the customer decides about the tip. In addition, the service was too often close to pensioners, even if we had not finished our food.

We had the “Ajillo de Langostinos oriental” (with chinese mushrooms and togarashi, sweet-savoury) which was incredible, later the “Cebiche Nikkei”, also fantastic. They have a Tapas menu which I wouldn’t recommend since the portions are really small for the price. Dessert (picarones) was awesome, too.
