We took the tasting menu 6 surprise dishes accompanied by wines all as surprising as each other, from all French regions! typical dishes, but revisited in the Alsatian way with as local fresh products. an alliance of flavours, tastes and exemplary presentation, we hardly dare to taste them. but the perfumes awakened our taste buds and we couldn't resist more. To all these labels of mets, we must emphasize the art of the presentation of the chef, the dishes used and server at the top with a lot of humor and professionalism. At the end of the meal, a passionate chef presented himself to exchange with his guests. Bravo and congratulations to this dynamic and envy little team! We were the first time, but we won't go back! an address to remember in this peaceful village of barr.

Refined kitchen with local products, irreproachable service, and passage from the chef in the room with whom we were able to discuss. to our next visit to barr, we will return without hesitation!

We were so impressed that we ate there twice during our stay in Barr; Business lunch (a bargain for 20 € for 3 dishes) and tasting menu in the evening. The food was consistently of high quality and paired with excellent drink suggestions. Nice and friendly staff added to our experience!
