My recent visit to this Vishal Megamart left me quite disappointed, as it was by far the most disorganized outlet of the brand that I have encountered. Despite the presence of good racks behind the cash counter, the tight corridors made it difficult to navigate through the store. Moreover, the frequent power cuts lasted for extended periods, compromising the safety of single women shoppers who were forced to rely on their phone flashlights to navigate through the pitch-dark environment. The cashiers seemed arrogant and unwilling to assist customers, directing them to multiple payment counters, which only added to the frustration. Additionally, the offer tags on the products were often invalid, making it challenging to ascertain the actual price of the products. Considering these concerns, the management should focus on enhancing the quality of the brand and improving the store's organizational structure. It is also worth noting that this particular outlet is located a significant distance of 20 kms from the Barpeta main town.
Quality of groccery good.. Clothes are good but the charges of carry bag disopointing me
