Racetrac - Baron Rouge

This Racetrac is definitely dedicated to the work they do. I’ve been to this place on almost a daily basis for several months and there’s almost always a friendly face behind the counter willing to attend and do the right thing for the public. The people that work here definitely don’t have shame in the regular upkeep involved at this location. It’s frequently very clean or even sparkly clean. Fake, insincere service! Unprofessional! ummmm, not today, OK!

What’s the sense in buying a full tank of gas if you can’t use the bathroom at race trac 1001 in Lafayette! The cashiers are rude with their delivery of telling ppl they can’t use the bathroom! Never buying gas from their again!

Was closed for ay least 15 mins before I arrived to get gas. Leaving a hospital at 3am expecting store to be opened. Finally open walk in was nor greeted. Cashier was very rude. Never spoke a word till I asked for help to see a pump . What I barely heard was I don't know what pump you are at with hands in pockets. Hand him the money never reached out. Pump: I was here Early today and went inside pay for gas and try to pump it's wasn't working like the lady didn't turn it on soo she told me go to the next pump and that one wasn't working definitely not coming back.
