Pizza Art Wine - Baron Rouge

We made reservations through Open Table but when we arrived they couldn’t seat us. The manager tried to convince us to sit outside (it was 100 degrees) and when we said no, she told me that it was my fault because we didn’t request indoor seats when we made the reservation. I just looked there isn’t an option for that on their OpenTable site. They clearly seated someone in our table and then tried to blame us for their mistake. Then they cancelled our Open Table reservation so we couldn’t leave a negative review. We walked across the parking lot and had a lovely dinner at Blue Coen…we won’t be back,

Delicious chicken Parmesan and pizza! Great atmosphere- if I were a local, I’d be a regular.

The pizza was great, but we didn't enjoy the meatball appetizer. The atmosphere was great tho. Really great art and we went during happy hour. Good drinks.

We made reservations for my husband’s birthday. It was his first time. We arrived on time. No other customers were there and we were seated. The waiter told us that the bartender had just walked out and he did not know when she would return and we would not be able to have wine with our meal. As we were sitting there there was a constant blinking on and off of their lights. We asked if that would improve and he responded “no, they have been doing that for a while “. He asked us if we wanted to stay because we were puzzled by both issues. He brought us water as the lights continuously went off and on. We decided to leave and go to another restaurant. I sent a private message to the manager/ owner that afternoon and told her how disappointed we were with our experience. I felt it was fair to share with her what happened. She never responded. A few days later on her Facebook restaurant site she posted a picture and I commented “I sent you a private message “, again I didn’t want to hurt a business by not letting them know about the bartender walking out and that the flickering lights. She never responded. So this is my honest, unfortunately very disappointing review.

The pizza is terrible. Lit pizza has better pizza....
