Brew-bacher's Grill Drusilla Lane

Absolutely the worst to go service at Drucilla. Been a loyal customer for 2 decades, I will not return. 2nd time I order burger, home to find I get someone else's food. 2nd trip to get my correct food, ask for refund of difference, to Stephanie will give me .50. Insult to injury. Horrible customer service on your mistakes.

Been going to the restaurant for years now and take my children to a favorite restaurant.

I used to love this place. Grilled chicken croissant for the win EVERYTIME! Not this time, actually, the last 2 times have been complete disappointment. 2 little shriveled up.pieces of bacon. The croissant tasted as if it was microwaved, pushed but burnt. Nothing like it used to be. My wife's hamburger steak, dry as as can be. The only part of our meal that was close were the onion rings... I think that will be my last time.. sad day.

Very disappointed with everything.... Way too pricey for the quality of the food you get... the food it self wasn't even that great, it was WAY too greasy. I've gotten better service at a McDonald's than what I got today... I do not recommend coming back to them anymore. Brew-Bacher's just isn't what it used to be. My husband and I felt like a burden to the lady that took our order, she barely acknowledged us at all.
