Lovely busy little place, but when we asked for Vegan options, we were told there was none on the menu but they put together a salad and some grilled vegetables to eat. Great wine list of course!
We had lunch here waiting for us simplicity, but in addition to this we found much more. joke with incredible truffle, hand service, courteous and fast, definitely a beautiful informal discovery but where you eat absolutely well.
We stayed in an accomodation walking distance from this place so went a couple of times for a nice breakfast or quick lunch. Friendly staff, good coffee and simple but tasty food options. The place is also visited by what seemed to us to be locals, always a good sign.
A cozy, no-frills café just the entrance of Barolo clos to parking) that we’re glad we found. We arrived around 2 PM on a Monday, when most places in La Morra were closed so we went to Barolo also very calm/closed many) Despite the late hour, they were happy to serve us. We enjoyed the sunshine and the food on the terrace. The photos don’t do it justice—there’s no pretension here, just a warm and welcoming vibe. The homemade meatballs and Tarajin were excellent, and the dessert trio was a perfect finish. We even had a glass of Barolo, as we should when in Barolo! Simply good.
