If so, just... read more Do you really need a confirmation on the quality of a place that carries in its name the name of the best on most representative wine of the region? If so, just hop by as this is by far among the best enogastronomic experiences you can have in the whole region! The staff is kind, available, elegant and informal at the same time. The quality of the food is outstanding regardless of what you get. Mis en place is spot on without being pretentious. Risotto with barolo was so good I didn't have the time to take a pictures. Then the pork was cooked to perfection, and garnished even better. All bread and fococcias are made in-house with a strong attention put on the yeasts used. Absolutely fantastic. And then the wine. Well, it's called Barolando, the wine cart is just perfect! Wines divided by color, grape and then region and subregions, to really promote local quality. The selection includes big names beside some niche that the extremely well prepared staff will be happy to lead you to discover may you need a suggestion. I don't know what to add more: just come and put the cherry on top of the cake of your trip to this area!! One final thanks goes once again to the staff: you really made my day!! Thank you!!
