We were a group of 5 individuals visiting the beautiful area of Barolo for several days. Made reservations for the evening; would highly recommend you make reservations, especially in the summer. We were in Barolo on a Sunday afternoon without lunch reservations and we this was the only restaurant in town that would fit us in which we appreciated. The setting is nice and comfortable as well. The food, while good, was not quite to the same quality we had in our six days Lange area. Particularly disappointing was my tajarin with white truffles. At first very doubt because I was afraid it was a tourist trap. we booked here for the January lunch hospitality is immediately really friendly, the location is normal, the right spaces. the difference they make, as it is right, staff and dishes. we need a waitress as well as very beautiful (subjective) also prepared and on the dishes, it must be the minimum union, also and especially on the wine (objective). Great barol risotto! very nice place in the center of barol. the dishes are really good, we tasted the egg with truffle the latter of a good quality. it is useless to write that the wine is great. the staff is nice and kind.
Ten and praise lunch. I recommend risotto with barol and cheese degotation. is located in the center of barol and, despite the great affluence due to the truffle fair, the owner was so kind and allowed us to wait for a table to be released.
