And I’ve had quite a few: Tilia (Minneapolis), Good Day Cafe (St. Louis Park), Zumbro Cafe (Linden Hills), Sara's Table (Duluth), and the list goes on... Living in the Twin Cities area gives me a huge variety, and while there are many amazing pancakes around here and beyond, I still think Lou's pancakes reign supreme! They’re a delightful combination of breakfast and dessert all in one. My advice is to heed Lou's menu suggestion and order just one—because what you’ll find in the center of a short stack is nothing short of heavenly. It’s the perfect pancake against which all others are measured! And these pancakes aren’t the only highlight; there's also Lou’s wonderfully quirky personality, Robin’s delightful apologies for Lou, and the rest of the great staff, including Amber, creating an unforgettable experience in Northern Minnesota!
