What John Greene doesn't like about Pizza Barbone:
..Some of the worst pizza I've ever eaten. From the lifeless, too thick Wonder Bread-like dough, to the ring of wasted dough around the perimeter of pizza, it lacks no personality or character. The tomato sauce, cheese, and spice get a passing grade, but so what?If the owners, chef, or customers think this is good pizza, do yourself a favor and get in your car and enjoy a slice of pizza at the Stoughton Town Spa, The Cape Cafe in Brockton, MA., or Al Forno in Providence, RI. Each one of those pizzas in their own unique way represents what good pizza should be. Carbone pizza just sits in its tray and stands for nothing- basically a worthless pile of dough!.
