If I hadn't checked... read more This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin'. The woman at the drive-thru was extremely rude and messed up my order completely. If I hadn't checked the bag, I would have left with the wrong items. When I tried to explain what was missing, she dismissed me and didn't provide the items I needed. To make matters worse, I didn't receive a receipt, so I can't even tell if I got overcharged.
