The Pack Horse Inn - Barnsley

Overall, I had a very positive experience at the restaurant. The welcome was warm and inviting. While they don’t offer hand-pulled beer, their drink selection is quite good. The menu is somewhat limited, but we tried the cheeseburger and chips, which came with a lovely fresh salad garnish. It was excellent!

This is a lovely little local pub with a great atmosphere and an excellent selection of drinks. The menu is impressive, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. On Friday and Sunday evenings, they have a DJ who plays a wonderful variety of music. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth a visit. The pub offers parking and is accessible for those with disabilities, and there’s a function room available for all occasions. For Pokémon Go players, there’s even a gym right across from the pub!
