Sherwood Classic Eats - Barnhart

I typically am always happy with our food from Sherwood's...tonight is the first time I'm not. I ordered the cobra chicken sandwich- basically a buffalo chicken sandwich. My issue with it is that it says to choose between a fried or grilled chicken breast, but what I got was a large bun with 3 fries from frozen minced chicken strips with a splash of Buffalo sauce. (I did order it without the blue cheese or bacon). I have been so impressed with their food previously. I now know not to order that again, but I do hope they start using actual chicken breasts. The other food we ordered was good.

Made an instant decision to stop for food and what a wonderful choice! Staff was super, selection was ample, servings were generous and the food was delicious. We're very happy we stopped here would recommend Sherwood's highly. I opted for the Buffalo Chicken Wrap with a fresh fruit bowl (slight up charge for the premium side-worth it! and hubs had the Chicken Club, which he inhaled. His side was fries. We'll have to make note for our next I-55 road trip.

Great place. Never would have guessed it since it's attached to a gas station. Anyway, really good food at fair prices. Diner type atmosphere. Friendly service.

Always really quick and good quality food and chimney cakes! Have ordered over the phone for pickup multiple times

The food there is really good and they have a gas station attached for a good pit stop on a long drive. Beware the burger buns though they are huge! I would recommend this spot for people just stopping by or just anybody.
