We didn 't think we would risk... read more We waited for over an hour for our first course: very over-cooked duck with vegetables which were not fresh. We couldn 't eat it. We didn 't think we would risk a pudding, so after coffee, we left. The duty manager did make a small deduction from the bill, but it did not compensate for the disappointment. There was also zero 'atmosphere '; it was like sitting in the hush of a church. One good thing was the restaurant manager (a lovely Polish lady) who was deeply apologetic, but obviously didn 't have the authority to do anything about it.

The management need training before they can begin to tr... read more Worst dining experience of our lives. The service was extremely slow. The restaurant was not even busy. The management need training before they can begin to train their staff. The food was poorly presented. The tart was burnt, the Mediterranean salad came with cheddar instead of feta. The Mackerel salad was served as a piece of mackerel on a plate and the salad was brought in later separately. Would never go there again.
