Contribute FeedbackSushimania has garnered a range of reviews from patrons, showcasing an uneven dining experience. While some guests rave about the fresh sushi, tasty dishes, and friendly staff, others express dissatisfaction with customer service, claiming rudeness and misunderstandings with the menu options. Complaints also include issues like incorrect billing and unreturned money. Despite the criticisms, several visitors appreciate the inviting atmosphere and generous half-price offers, making it a budget-friendly option. Ultimately, Sushimania presents a duality of positive culinary experiences marred by customer service turbulence, leaving potential diners with mixed expectations.
It is really very nice occasional! I probably go once a month. order them to eat via an app on their phone and the very attentive staff readily available to help. Hot food comes out hot. I use the never-ending menu! order as much as your drink. in any case worth visiting to discover for yourself.
Delicious sushi, great magnificent tempo and gyozas! the temaki could be better, it was filled with rice and just a piece of salmon and a piece of avocado. good price for everything you can eat and the system with the online menu is easy to use. overall the personal is friendly. will definitely return! highly recommended!
I prefer to come to this one compared to the other sushi mania locations. Very large and spacious with good atmosphere. I always go for the all you can eat menu. There is a large selection to choose from. The sushi and hot food selections have always been tasty and staff helpful.
Beautiful restaurant with good value Japanese food. Lunch always half priced.
We have been to Sushimania Whetstone a few times over the last year. The staff here are quite nice in comparison to the rude staff at the Golders Green Sushimania branch. A girl named Emily served us when visited last and she was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for her and an asset to this place. She was really lovely to all the guests and to the children. Regardless of the tips, I hope the compulsory service charge Sushimania charges actually goes to deserving staff members like these in full and are not held back.
