Place looks beautiful and busy but after I heard what really is going on, I was shocked, I will never buy anything from them, the owner of the company is a terrible man staying away

This was a respectable bakery and the baking products like the sandwiches and cakes that originally were served here were good.I have visited the place for many years until the last two visits where I was appalled to experience the change in quality that has taken place in the last year. I have bought a smoked salmon there today and the fish was smelling so bad it was dangerous for human consumption.The cucumber was rotten and the bread was wet.The chocolate rogolach were dry and stale .I would suggest for people to keep away .I feel physically sick from eating their products and would not be buying from Mr.Baker ever again. There is some quality still with the pitta bread but keep away to be safe.

The tuna sandwich priced at £3.95 was disappointingly small, with a meager portion of tuna and lettuce. The quality was poor and the price was too high. The restaurant used to serve delicious sandwiches, but it seems like they have stopped caring about their food quality.

Since my last review, there have been some improvements at this restaurant. The strange electricals on the pillar have been removed, and there are new pillars with proper sockets. The pasta bar is no longer there, so there are fewer questions to ask, but unfortunately, there is no pasta available. The containers of biscuits are now labeled so you know what's inside. The pastries are more covered up. There is a new lady behind the counter who is helpful and pleasant. I was pleased to see her there. The pizza is delicious, and the coffee has improved in taste.

In my opinion, the staff at this restaurant is very friendly and accommodating. However, I believe they would be even happier if customers were more mindful about leaving messes behind, especially when it comes to letting their children open and play with the sugar packets.
