Yesterday I went in to get some take away for my family, I do use this KFC at least 2-3 times per month and I always find the front of house staff very rude... They seem like they don't want to be there, they look like they actually forced to be there.. No smile whatsoever... If you ask for something you get a bland answer.... Customer service? Absolutely absent.... The food on the other end it's good.. But you can't go wrong with KFC.. The chefs are chatting and work together as a team... Shame about the front of house been so senseless.
The employees are aware that the dealers are using the chargers and wifi, but they do not take any action to address the issue. The dealers are often seen sitting by the window while using the chargers and wifi.
I recommend avoiding the Manager at this particular branch, especially if you see him working the till. There have been issues with not receiving the correct orders, especially with takeaways. The Manager seems to have his own set of rules that differ from other KFC locations. His customer service skills are severely lacking. It would be beneficial for the owner of this branch to read this review and consider installing CCTV cameras to monitor the Manager while on duty.
I will never order from this restaurant again. I received the wrong item, which can happen, but then I found a long hair in my wrap. It was extremely disgusting and made me feel sick, so I threw away the rest of my order.
The customer service is terrible. I understand, it 's a fast food restaurant, but still... They could start with a Hello instead of a Next . Today I went in, I started my order: For take away could I have... . After the staff asked me whether I wanted it for take away or eat in. I said it again, for take away. Then he wanted to give me the food on a tray. I said again, I 've asked the food for take away. He looked pissed off and he turned away to put the food into a bag. While he was doing it he started mumbling and his co-worker was laughing at him. Clearly he said something bad about me which I really don 't understand, I couldn 't be more clear what I needed. But for sure, that was the last time I went there. The management should hire staff who are not pissed off by the customers all the time.
