Each time I order a 6-piece bucket and 4 fries from this restaurant, I receive 4 drumsticks, a wing, and a thigh. Despite being a loyal customer, I am consistently disappointed with the portion sizes. My friend recently spent £17.99 to have the food delivered, only to receive the same disappointing portions three times. I feel that it was a complete rip off and a waste of money.
Amongst the worst KFC's I have ever visited (and I've been to the one in Farnborough, Hampshire.. . Its not complicated people, just change the oil frequently and leave food to let the fat drip off before serving. A moron could run this place, sadly they will need to upgrade the staff here to get one.
Horrible customers service the old man working there extremely rude and unprofessional he never should be working at hospitality,waiting so long never hear any hello from him or the other staff , completely ignoring the customers horrible experience never will back there again
The service at this restaurant was terrible. The employees seemed disinterested in serving customers and appeared miserable. When I approached the counter, they just looked away and ignored me.
When I walked into the restaurant, the staff were unfriendly because I requested two of the same dishes instead of one. When my order arrived, I inspected the food and found it to be of poor quality and served cold. I do not plan on coming back to this restaurant in the future.
