I often visit Gails and today I ordered 2 coffees from a very nice smiling man called Zeko, and when it came to paying i realised i had forgotten my card holder, i felt awful, and instead of any nonsense this kind member of staff immediately said i can pay next time with a great big smile, he made my day. Also thanks to Stefano who made me a sizzling hot Cappuccino. AWESOME.

I was served this morning by a lad with glasses whose attitude was stinking. Most of his hostile behaviour was aimed at us customers and the poor pastries seemed to take the rest, he had no problem slamming them down in front of us! Will not be returning, if I do it will be to the new one that’s opened outside of Golders Green station.

Considering the amount of money I spend here as a customer, I expect better. The young man with curly hair and glasses had a terrible attitude and lacked basic customer service skills. The service was absolutely disgraceful.

The curly haired kid with the glasses had a terrible attitude and wouldn’t know customer service if it smacked him in the head. Absolutely disgraceful service.

I asked for skimmed milk, the barista made my coffee with whole mil... read more I paid for a latte with milk. The quality was way below standards for the price they charge. I asked for skimmed milk, the barista made my coffee with whole milk and did not even bother telling me until I confirmed in the end. The coffee milk was not even frothed properly and she rushed making the drink. I will never buy coffee from here again for that price.
