The lamb biryan... read more Was visiting my mother for the Easter weekend so we decided to order a takeaway and thought we would try this place. Food was generally average. The lamb biryani could have been a lovely dish if it had more lamb. The rice was fragrant and served with raita as it should be. But for the price, you would expect to have a better balance of meat to rice. The chilli chicken needed more flavour from the soya sauce coming through and some more heat. Tasted a bit bland. The chicken tikka was fine but again nothing stand out. The lamb rogan gosht could have been any generic lamb curry from any Indian Bangladeshi take away. There was nothing special or distinct about it. The food at this place (other then the biryani) was very average, and considering what they are charging for a place in Burnt Oak, really not good enough. Pity!

So I have to go through the inconvenience to get refund from Groupon, I am not impressed with this place at all.

Booked here after a friend recommended and couldn’t believe how delicious it was! Definitely some of the highest standard food we have had on the island, and by far the best Indian food. Menu is clear so easy use for vegans/allergens. This will be our go to from now on. Staff excellent couldn’t be any better
