The inside is snug if it was packed it 's possible the noise level could be distracting on the other hand you may enjoy the livelier surroundings. Service was excellent. The server was attentive and very helpful. She was also very knowledgeable about the available dishes and able to make excellent recommendations when consulted. Food choice was adequate for us but might not satisfy everyone. That is one reason I gave an overall rating of Very Good , instead of Excellent . Would recommend anyone intending to visit this restaurant to check the menu online before going, as we did, to ensure your favourites are offered.

The staf... read more The restaurant has undergone a makeover, replacing its old-fashioned decor with modern furnishings, giving the place a brighter and more spacious feel. The staff during our visit were different from the usual, leading me to believe there may have been a change in ownership. The menu has been refreshed with new items added alongside the traditional classics. Luckily, the portions are still generous and the food remains delicious.
