Despite my attempts... read more My experience with Big Papa Pizza was extremely disappointing. I placed an order for pizza on April 30th, but my pizza was never delivered. Despite my attempts to contact them, they did not respond, which left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Their failure to deliver the pizza and lack of communication were unacceptable. As a customer, I expected them to fulfill their end of the bargain, but they failed to do so. This unprofessional behavior is a clear indication that they do not value their customers or their reputation. I strongly advise against ordering from Big Papa Pizza due to their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer needs. I hope they take responsibility for their actions and improve their service in the future. Until then, I will not be ordering from them again, and I would caution others against it as well.

It is frustrating that they keep their phone line engaged so customers cannot even reach them. It is surprising that Uber continues to allow this restaurant to operate on their app given the numerous negative reviews stating that they have done this to many people. It is a total waste of time and money dealing with these dishonest individuals. To make matters worse, they mark the order as completed, making it difficult to obtain a refund for food that was never received.

The cheesy chips were lacking cheese, the food arrived cold, and they completely disregarded our multiple requests for cheese on the burger and extra sauce. It was a waste of money. We were eagerly anticipating the meal, but my partner and I were thoroughly disappointed.

I went in the even... read more I had been recommended Big Papa's by a friend. I ordered 2 pizzas and the homemade burger. The pizza was very fresh, nice dough and toppings. I went in the evening but they have some great lunchtime deals. However it was the homemade burger that really caught my attention. Good size, full of flavour and brilliant value for money. I came back a couple of days later with another friend who also loved the burger.
