I placed an order over the phone but had a negative experience with the person who answered. I was put on hold twice and then the call was abruptly cut off. When I called back to voice my complaint, I was met with no apologies, only attitude and rudeness. As a customer, I believe this level of response is unacceptable, regardless of how busy the establishment may be. If you are unable to handle customer interactions, then perhaps a customer-facing job is not suitable for you. I ultimately chose not to order any food from this restaurant and will not be ordering from them in the future.
I want to begin by praising the excellent customer service at Bedidi. I have tried almost everything on the menu and I can truthfully say that I have enjoyed every dish. The only downside is that it reminds me of Ghana.
I have always had excellent customer service every time I order takeout from this restaurant. The food is consistently amazing and fresh. I am very satisfied!
I order straight from the comfort of my own home on the uber eats app and trust me every order tastes delicious that i wish the portions were twice as much.... i have never ordered any dish id say was a waste of my money! kudos to u guys keep it up
It was my Auntie's birthday and she invited a few of us to meet at this restaurant to have dinner.Initially I thought,I here we go,another Ghanaian restaurant with little or No customer service and average food however to my surprise,the customer service was exceptional and the food was delicious,I say delicious because am a chef by profession and the flavoura i tasted that evening was out of this world..The meat and fish was very well seasoned and marinated,the atomosphere was good with good music and we had this lovely young man serving us,overall it was a very pleasant surprise,please call ahead of time to order your food as weekends are their busiest time and they need time to prepare your food for you because it is all freshly cooked...Kudos Beddide restaurant,keep up the Good work....from a very satisfied customer....

They love the customer service and how friendly the man is. eating is okay, I didn't enjoy the jollof, but the banku and the fish with pfeffer was good, so the fufu is with light suppe.
