After ordering we didn 't receive our drin... read more Our visit started off well. The cashier was very patient and helped me navigate the app, which I had just downloaded. After ordering we didn 't receive our drinks right away, so we figured they would come with our food. They didn 't. The person that delivered our food to the table remembered our drink order and went back to get it. Except she didn 't. We finished eating and stood at the front counter for many minutes (watching another party leave because they weren 't getting served) before I was able to catch the eye of a passing employee. I told her we were done eating but still waiting for our drinks. She said, I 'm sorry, I 'm not clocked in. I actually had to ask her if she could get someone who is! Apparently the other employees couldn 't be bothered because she did end up getting them. Two stars instead of one because the employee that took our order was so attentive.
