Too bad management allows such behavior and language from employees. I will not return for this reason.

Thi... read more We stopped going to Jacks for a long time due to slow service and bad food. We were in the area so we decided to give it a shot again. Donald is phenomenal! This man was practically running in there, getting stuff done. So polite, helpful and we had our food in less than 3 minutes! A stark change from every previous visit! Donald, thank you for caring about what you do sir!
