The food is usually good, consistent and fresh. Nevertheless, they lack customer service. It is especially this one young man who always has a posture every time I went over about a month, half he always has a sound and posture. He's getting impatient. Would be five stars if they either put someone who actually has no rude tone or has changed his manierism. View all feedback.

The black guy taking the orders doesn't give off people vibes. However it was this nice white guy had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. My food is okay. The experience was worth it just because the guy who gave my food has true southern hospitality View all feedback.

Horrible for price. Girls at window rude and not worth the wait
Fries always cold and heavy with grease. Chicken is a hit and miss day by day! Ms. Peggy needs to take back over cause your son is running the business in the ground.
Very disappointed today I ordered several things and the food was cold I also ordered a baked potato and it was so under cooked I had to just throw it in the trash unacceptable
Terrible experience, first time here and it will be the last time, staff was extremely disrespectful to my wife.
Fried green tomatoes very super thin, so you just getting batter. I got the largest ckn tender order, and they shorted my sauce. Only gave a tiny container. Service was not polite.

My first visit and it was not disappointed. My husband told me this is the best big chic and I absolutely agree. Fast, friendly service! Plus food was still fresh and hot after my long trip home!

When I moved up there was a line. I knew the food was good and it was. Chickens so moist and juice. I'm back. Thanks for good food
