No complaints about food. I have tried both subs and pizza here. I recommend for take out as indoor eating area feels a little claustrophobic for me. It seems that this may be the family's first business and they are figuring it out but they are all very nice. View all feedback.
What Tony Joris doesn't like about Ebenezer:
Ordered 2 fried chicken breasts and were half breasts and had NO SKIN!!! Who wants skinless fried chicken?! People were nice and friendly and my wife said sausage sandwich was OK even though it wasn't the whole sausage. Overall I will not go back and will just go to Chicken Holiday in Bayville to get great fried chicken where you get the skin and the whole piece. View all feedback.
Pleasant surprise. Ordered tonight through door dash. Salad was good as was the included balsamic dressing. Pasta and chicken was was very good. Portions very good. Will order again. Adding Ebenezer to my favorites.
I don't know why I was sleeping on this place, but recently they are my one an only choice. Great food good staff this is hands down the best option for miles around
Had a sausage and mushroom pizza the cheese and toppings were excellent, however the crust was like frozen pizza, had the #6 Italian chicken penne was outstanding I will order again but you gotta make your own pizza dough
Horrible. I will never order from them again. I never leave reviews but I ordered my food at 7:30 for delivery and it's 9:18 and now they're not even answering the phone and obviously I'm not getting my food.
First time ordering from here. Placed my order for pick-up via Slice app. I had never had or heard of having a choice of baking or frying a calzone, I've only had it baked so naturally my curiosity influenced my choice of having it fried. It wasn't bad, and actually the filling was quite delicious. (I don't know what brand of cheeses they used but it had very good flavor. I know that I'll order it baked next time. The pizza was also great. It was thoroughly cooked, sauce and cheese very flavorful, crust was good although I prefer a thin crust, and theirs is very similar to Pietro's thickness, I have no complaints. My order was ready within 15 to 20 minutes (I think they actually had to wait for me to arrive lol and greeted by a lovely young lady with a welcoming genuine smile and another woman also very warm and welcoming. Very gracious and nice people. I would order from them again even if their food sucked because the service alone makes all the difference. They've been in business a short time, less than 5 years I believe but this is the type of place to become one of those legendary neighborhood establishments for sure. I highly recommend them and wish them great, long-lasting success
