Cold drink was hot, burger was cold and hard. Fries were weren't fried well. Receptionist charged more than the bill because he had no change. My bill was 271 (incl. GST) and he charged 280. Last time also, the receptionist charged more than the bill. Service is not good at all. Not going to visit BURGER 13 ever. Quality is worse than that of RehdiWala. Service: Dine in
