The cakes are fantastic—moist and a great selection. They accommodate allergies and have a good variety of gluten-free options. The staff is cheerful and helpful. Be sure to try the Walisian rerbit!

The staff were really friendly, and they serve a fantastic breakfast with generous portions. I plan to call another place today before I head off on my travels.

The Welsh Rarebit (from a family recipe) was phenomenal as was the beautiful salad served... read more We stumbled upon this lovely cozy place doing the National Trust walk. The Welsh Rarebit (from a family recipe) was phenomenal as was the beautiful salad served with it. Totally worth the wait (it takes 20 minutes to prepare). The service was friendly and very accommodating (we took our Labrador and kids). And Welsh cakes were such a treat. Our thanks to the staff for a lovely lunch.
