I love kfc and rarely have anything to complain about the food but as for the service......This used to a terrible kfc which we avoided like the plague due to smelly staff and chairs with no ferrals that made for an ear splitting unpleasant visit. What BusterMum doesn't like about Kfc:
A bit of a wait for the food to be served but it was fairly busy. The food was good. However all tables were all cluttered with rubbish and the bins were full, so it was a mess, not a very pleasant environment to eat in. Will I return, unsure, maybe for a take out but definitely would not eat in. View all feedback.
Waited half hour in drive-thru hot wings was burnt. Ask for wipes and told there wasn't any chips was cold and the other pieces of chicken was so so so so oily. Will not be going back there anytime soon
This KFC is the best, and this is not in Rainham, this is in Dagenham Dock. The Cherry Tree Branch is in 270 Cherry Tree Lane. The way people discriminate this restaurant is disgusting. Just like the was Cherry Tree Lane is discriminated.
Why is this building allowed to be there when a mcdonalds or burger king or even a dominos pizza would be much better. This KFC is thee worst eating experience i have ever had from a KFC (and i used to eat from dagenham branch), just no, no, no, no.
Visited this place yesterday, the stores filthy constantly, always have hygiene issues and now yesterday was served chicken that was mouldy, i ate 90% of £5.99 popcorn chicken bucket and thought it looked weird so turned the light on to find its mouldy, corner chicken shops have better hygiene, the standard from this multi million pound fast food chain is shocking, i will not be returning and hope nobody does again, to make it worse you report to their head office and first thing they wanna do is get it back, what to then deny i had it? No thanks its been submitted to the Environmental health office for Barking and Dagenham, absolutely shocking. Wish i could rate zero.
I asked to change my order because I saw a better deal they had going on and Usmil and Ireen were very helpful in assisting me. The manager was a bit reluctant to help out but those two were a delight. I work in the service sector also so I know the hassle of order changes. All in all I’m thankful that Usmil and Ireen helped me out.
