An excellent welcome from the boss in the room, very nice and little care to serve us. a tapnade offered at the entrance of the homemade fries that I highly recommend! quality/platum products in brief: good value for money and a beautiful evening

Great little small town restaurant, filled with locals, and located in one of the centuries old buildings on the main street through town. The owner, who waited on us, was very friendly and made great effort to make our experience a good one. We shared a generous salad and pizza. The salad was excellent although the pizza was a little overcooked. The plates others ordered looked delicious also! Please note, this is a small town local eatery, not a fancy restaurant. The service, as in any french restaurant, will not be rushed. The french know how to enjoy their meals! If you are looking for a Michelin rated restaurant this is not for you. If you are looking to experience Barjols and their hospitality then you will likely enjoy this place. Prices are very good and overall we would gladly return.

We visited with high expectations, based on other Trip Advisor reviews, but our expectations were sadly dashed. Disorganised and slow service despite their being few other diners, several items on the menu not available and having settled on the pizza, it was disappointing - burnt and way too much cheese heaped on top. Glasses on the table were smeary and you had to literally walk through the kitchen prep area to get to the toilet at the back of the kitchen! Unless you are starving hungry, I'd head for better restaurants at Cotignac, which is 15 minutes down the road.
