I was so shocked to find this Panzerotti shop in the heart of bari vecchia, which was a fully vegan menu and was not on happy cow! they have so many different vegan cheese and meat options and various types of teig that the combinations are endless. we had 2 original (5 euro), with vegan mozzarella and Pomodoro sauce, which was really delicious. he had also got some fresh truffles so that the boil us a special panzerotti with vegan spreadable cheese, walnuts, mushrooms and truffles, it was incredible! although it is deep roasted, the panzerotti was super digestible and they can eat easily 3
