I enjoyed food, wine and service. You have to go there when you're in Bari. The only reviews I can make are: in Antipasto di formaggi bianchi, instead of using a Stracciatella mousse, please use fresh Stracciatella, it would be much better! That means it was still pretty good. air conditioning. We had lunch in a summer afternoon, on the hot day and would have appreciated some fresh air: Special mentions go to the wine della casa, along with the Sporcamuso, the dough will melt in the mouth!

The experien... read more That wasn't our destination, but with the tourist traps we had initially all too busy at 21:00 on a Saturday night, we have one of the last tables. The experience was a revelation; the restaurant specializes in food from the Puglia region and everything we had was great. Our starter was a selection of cured meat that were excellent, followed by a plate of pork that was rolled up with cheese for me, a freshly grilled fish for my partner that she had probably described the best she had ever had. Friendly and relaxed service has only improved the experience.
