The staff's English comprehension is non-existent, and their rudeness is beyond belief. On my last visit, I was shocked when a cafe employee started yelling and cursing at me for using their restroom, despite being a regular customer who had made multiple purchases. This place is an absolute disaster

When we bought tickets for alberobello, the woman at the counter was helpful and knew the times of departure however it was a completely different story when we went to go buy tickets for polignano a mare. The woman was very rude and was of no help at all. She did not know anything about the time of departure and we ended up buying the tickets only to find out that the bus would be coming in 3 hours and we would miss our excursion.
