Since August of last year we found the pizza dough, which, after 10 minutes since it came out of the oven, becomes hard and unmangiable. We have pointed it out several times to Joseph who has always accepted our remonstrations but, apparently, nothing has done to overcome this problem. After 3 times we decided not to use this place anymore. Too bad because the ingredients deserve but, if the base does not support them especially if you are lucky to have a wood oven, it is better to turn to restaurant or give yourself to other.
