If they couldn't take the pizzas to an agreed time, just alert. Instead they were justified by saying that: It's Saturday.

Order made at 18.30 by 20.10 through JUSTEAT, at 20.30 nothing, we telephone and we are told that pizzas have not yet been made because of unforeseen, we wait. We call back at 21.15 after more than an hour of waiting and a reminder, we are told that pizzas had not yet been made because in the meantime the club was filled, a shame that we had already paid the pizza two hours before. Time to close the call and JUSTEAT informs us that the local has cancelled the order that we will be refunded. Very little professionalism and lack of respect after 2h of anticipated waiting and payment. Shameful.

Pizza ordered at 21 arrived at 22 on time, very punctual. So far, all right, a pity that comes completely wrong pizzas, we call and after various “incomprehensions”, they also have the courage to ask if we want to change them or eat those. (When our pizzas were special, paid as a pizza lady, and not as the ones that had arrived there). We call back and tell us to wait another half an hour if we wanted our pizzas. We decide not to give up and wait. The pizzas arrive after half an hour, were the ordered ones, but the dough was not as the one required instead of the Neapolitan was the normal one, and the hams cut into cubes and certainly old, wet dough and in the raw center, the grain was loose.
