The place is almost always packed with people especially on spring and summer weekends. Perhaps the presence of a few more staff members would be appropriate, at least on weekends, since the waitress rightly has to take care of more tables, and there is a rather large time gap between when you sit down and when you are served. Again for the same reason, sometimes we didn 't even receive a thank you at the checkout. Not out of malice, of course.
