Interesting menu mainly based on fish that brings an anchored footprint to the territory, which reflects on the present what is tradition and at the same time looks to the future using also flavors provided by other kitchens. It is the case of the raw presented in accompaniment with a really superlative lemon granite and sauces with a strong and decided taste of Japanese cuisine. Both the first and second enhance the authenticity of the raw materials used. To try the fish chips fried shrimp, cuttlefish cutter, baccala and potato chips. Abundant, not unified, fragrant and warm. The restaurant also has a good wine cellar with carefully selected labels. The waiters were extremely helpful and friendly, but unfortunately we had to wait over 40 minutes between our appetizer and main course. We noticed that the dishes were all brought out at once, even for tables arriving much later than us, which increased the wait between courses for everyone. Prices are average.
