The view of the wine racks was also quite unpleasant (deliberately dusty). The ambiance could also use some updating, and broken items should be removed.

With a formal degree in hospitality and 4–5 years of experience in this industry, I was expecting a professional environment and a fair evaluation of my skills. Unfortunately, my experience was far from that. From the beginning, the atmosphere felt disorganized and unwelcoming. What stood out most was the owner’s unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Instead of assessing my skills in service or customer interaction, I was asked to wash utensils and perform kitchen cleaning tasks—on the very first day—without any proper introduction or discussion about job expectations. I understand that in hospitality, flexibility is important, but this experience felt more like exploitation than a fair trial. Constructive training or feedback was completely missing. The owner’s tone was rude, dismissive, and unappreciative, which made the entire experience discouraging and unpleasant. I do not recommend this place as a workplace for anyone who is professionally trained and values respect in the work environment. Guests may have a different experience, but from a staff perspective, I cannot say anything positive.
